Restore on a new device

Enter the address you paid with and the last 4 characters of your key, both from your receipt. Both must match a purchase — that is what keeps someone who only knows your email from using your licence.

Where is my key?: After checkout, Creem emails a receipt containing a licence key. The same key is in the customer portal linked from that receipt.
Using more than one device?: Activate on each browser separately, or restore with your email plus the last 4 characters of your key — it is the same purchase either way.
Cleared your browser data?: Nothing is lost. Your licence lives in a secure cookie plus your email, not in local storage, so signing back in takes one step.
